Bernardi's are looking for a bright, bubbly and helpful STORE MANAGER for our Supermarket. ABOUT THE ROLE.... This full-time position of Store Manager requires a highly organised and capable individual who is eager to learn and quick to adapt to new environments. They would be crucial in creating and maintaining a vibrant store culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service. Attention to detail is essential and the successful candidate will have an important role to play in the success of our business, ensuring that sales, store and merchandise appearance, customer service and operational functions are first class every day. In this role you will be Responsible for - Lead and provide ongoing support, training and development for your team
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Profit and loss management, including budgets
- Personnel cost management, including rostering

- Maintain store presentation including visual standards and promotional activities
